Doggie Daycare is a big part of our business. We take a lot of pride in socializing your pups for an enjoyable experience. There are many advantages to socializing them in the early stages of life. Positive relationships with other dogs, other people and gaining all around confidence to become a well rounded dog. But it is never too late to try doggie daycare for your pup. Puppies over 3 months of age are welcome as long as they are vaccinated with their 12 week shots and Bordetella. We will do what we can to make it an exciting ‘second’ home away from home. In our experience, a tired dog is a happy dog, and it makes for happy owners too!
We now offer Structured Daycare as well! This daycare is a structured day with a training component in a single or group setting. This could include basic training, agility or more involved instruction. If your pet is ready, an off leash field run may be offered to pets who come 2 or more days a week. Structured daycare is only offered Monday – Friday.
Please be sure to have your pet on a leash when you arrive, this ensures the safety for all dogs and people. Not all dogs can be around other dogs and not all humans want to be approached/jumped on.
Proof of current vaccination is mandatory for all canine guests. This is to be administered at least 5 days prior to boarding by your veterinarian. We require proof of vaccination for Distemper/Parvo combo (DAPPV) and Bordetella (sometimes referred to as Canine Cough). All dogs over 4 months of age must have proof of Rabies vaccination. Lepto vaccination and a parasite prevention product are strongly recommended. Flea prevention of some sort also strongly recommended for all guests prior to boarding between April – November.
Daycare Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your pet’s daycare, please inform us by 6:00 PM the day prior. We often have a waiting list, and this notice period allows us to accommodate other customers. We understand that life happens, so we offer the opportunity to rebook within 6 days (subject to availability). Otherwise, the day will be charged in full. Please note that rebooking must be for a new reservation and not an existing booking.
