We know it’s hard to leave your precious friends behind, but it gives piece of mind when you trust that they are being looked after and loved while you are away. Our goal here at Country Creek is to provide your friends with the best care possible. All new guests are required to come for a scheduled meet & greet prior to their stay with us. We highly recommend a daycare visit before an overnight stay, this allows your pup to become familiar with our facility, our staff, our schedule and they will learn that you are coming back for them. Puppies over 3 months of age are welcome as long as they are vaccinated with their 12 week shots and Bordetella. We want your little friends to feel comfortable during their vacation.
We believe in lots of exercise, outside time, and social time with other dogs as well as with humans. With the pet hotel being located close to our home we always have humans coming to spend time with your furry friends. All our guests can play with their new friends in one of our many large supervised outdoor runs. If your dog does not do well with others, we can work with that as well.
To avoid disruption to your pet’s diet, we ask you to supply his or her own food. Please do not bring any dishes with your pet unless they eat out of a slow feeding bowl. If your pet requires a raised feeding stand, you are welcome to bring it along. We supply beds, bedding and dishes. If your pet has favorite toys, a blanket or even a clothing article of yours please feel free to bring it along but no obligation. You are also welcome to bring along their bed and/or crate if they are crate trained. Country Creek is not responsible for property that becomes lost or damaged.
Please be sure to have your pet on a leash when you arrive, this ensures the safety for all dogs and people. Not all dogs can be around other dogs and not all humans want to be approached/jumped on.

Super Deluxe Room – is approximately 7′ x 12′ with access during the day to an outdoor patio via a ‘doggie door’. The super deluxe room patios, have the advantage of seeing the farm animals and farming activities. This room is extra spacious for large breeds or multi dog families. This area is a little quieter and gives your pet a bit more privacy as there are no guests across the hall. **Please note that patios are closed during the colder months.
Deluxe Room – is approximately 5′ x 8′ with access during the day to an outdoor patio via a ‘doggie door’. The deluxe room patios, have the advantage of greeting all of our guests as they come and go. This room is still quite spacious ideal for any individual dog, or small multi-dog families. This area has guests on both sides of the hallway and is a little more active than the Super Deluxe area. **Please note that patios are closed during the colder months, during this time the deluxe rooms are charged at the standard rate.
Standard Room – is approximately 5′ x 8′ in size and shares the hall with the Deluxe room guests. This room is still quite spacious ideal for any individual dog, or small multi-dog families.
Overnight Boarding Cancellation Policy
We are a Pet Hotel and require 2 days notice to cancel or adjust your pet’s reservation, please note we require 5 days notice of cancellation for Student Christmas & March Break. We often have a waiting list and this notice period allows us to book customers who are waiting for a room to become vacant. Country Creek does charge for time booked unless this notification period is given.
Non-Refundable Non-Transferable Deposit
A $70 non-refundable deposit or stay paid in full, is required to book for the following dates
- Long weekends – this includes Family day, Easter, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day and Thanksgiving weekends
- Summer vacations (between June 1st and September 1st) that are 4 nights or more
- Student Christmas Break
- Student March Break

Multi dog families are able to share rooms at a discounted rate.
Check out time is before 10:30am on day of departure. Late checkout is available at an additional cost, please see chart below for full check in/out details.
Long term boarding discounts are given to guests who exceed a 10 night consecutive vacation. All nights after the 10th will receive 20% off.
A complimentary bath will be given to dogs exceeding 14 nights. There is an additional charge if the pup requires dematting, etc..
Being in a kennel setting can sometimes be stressful for dogs that are not used to it. If your pet shows signs of gastrointestinal distress, we will try to help by giving them pumpkin and/or probiotics with their regular diet, if it continues we will alter their diet to rice and chicken. We take these steps to avoid further complications and a trip to the veterinarian. This is an additional cost to you. We may make this judgment call without contacting you, please let us know if you do not want this service prior to your stay.
Proof of current vaccination is mandatory for all canine guests. This is to be administered at least 5 days prior to boarding by your veterinarian. We require proof of vaccination for Distemper/Parvo combo (DAPPV) and Bordetella (sometimes referred to as Canine Cough). All dogs over 4 months of age must have proof of Rabies vaccination. Lepto vaccination and a parasite prevention product are strongly recommended. Flea prevention of some sort also strongly recommended for all guests prior to boarding between April – October
