We are excited to introduce the Pro-Pet Scheduling tool to our customers to easily book boarding and/or daycare visits! This system also gives you the ability to view upcoming and past stays and also includes a payment module that allows you to view paid and upcoming payments.
We are asking that all of our customers book through the “Book Now” button. To be honest, the first time that you log in will take a few minutes of your time (roughly 10-15 minutes). But once you have all your contact information and important information about your pet filled in, the next time you log in to book will be a breeze. All the information is memorized, and you do not have to re-enter anything, unless there are changes you need to make. The Book Now button will take you to the login page, the first time you do this you will need to click the “Don’t have an account? Create one now” link at the bottom of the page.
After you create your account and log in, please complete the following modules.
Waivers – There are a few waivers for you to sign, you will need to use the exact name you used when signing up to sign these. Please read carefully and make sure you understand what you are signing, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
Customer Profile – information all about you! Name, address and how we can reach you while your pet is here, stuff like that.
Pet Profile – this is where you enter all the sweet details about your pet. We want to know everything in order to make your pet comfortable, so they want to come back! You can even upload a picture of your pet! If you have more than one pet that stays with us, please fill out information for them too, there is no limit to pets you can add!
Vaccinations – you will need to enter vaccination expiry dates for all your pets. This is necessary for your pet to stay with us. You are also required to upload a copy of the vaccine certificate. These entries will need to be approved by one of our staff, before your stay.
Veterinary Information – please let us know who your vet is. In case of emergency we would like to know who to contact for more information about your pets medical history.
When all of that is taken care of, you can book a stay!
Book a stay – Use the “BOOK NOW” button to request a daycare and/or a boarding stay. Stays are not automatically booked, a request will be sent to our staff, who will review the request and book you in if a spot is available. Our team will notify you within 24 hours regarding availability, letting you know if there is room for your pet or if our facility is fully booked.
Multiple daycare days can be booked at one time by holding the CTRL key and selecting the days you would like to request.
